As good as the Buffy series was, I honestly think Spike just elevated it up another notch. I think I probably would have got bored with it eventually if he wasn't in it. Same with the Angel series, it was good but when Spike came along it got better.

Nobody could’ve played Spike as well as Marsters. 😂

Ok I’m gonna make a parallel so I feel like Angel was her Stefan from vpd he was her safety net and spike was her version of Damon a dark mysterious brood now while Angel brooded he like Stefan was the Buffy universes version of a ripper and he was not capable of being human but spike even without a soul was so human and he loved her through and through now while Angel loved her he was always made for Cordelia or in the vpd universe Caroline that’s my parallel
